Tried to PM icanfixall to see if he was still doing the timing meter rental I finally got enough $$ and picked up a reman one from a local shop here and I was hoping to be able to time it properly when I install it.

I read another article of how someone made their own adapter for a cummins I think the same technique could be used. By making an adapter to have the 6.9/7.3 engine adapter bolt to the DT360 block and then machine out a spacer if needed. So far in my corner of the world I have only seen 1...

Well depending on where you live and what the requirements are you could just pour it in a shallow pan to dry and then use dry sweep and dispose of the left overs.

Well from a BTU stand point there is less BTU than diesel but the fuel is denser so I know I have heard of a 8-10% decrease with biodiesel and vegetable oil is close to the same. I am not sure if you are preheating or using injectors that have been set to the higher end of the pop pressure...
I've only read of one hopped up AT545 guy used it in sled pulling he had some custom work done on the valve body and had a custom converter made for it. No real details of where he got the converter from or what exactly he did to the valve body. I'll see if I can did up a link...
I can get the filters for about $18 a pop out the door I think it is close to 1/2 of the cost of the replacement filter I got on my truck now. More filtration is always nicer maybe not necessary but can't be bad at all especially when it's 2micron at 98-99% effectiveness better than the nominal...
