Just got my 1st powerstroke. 99 F250 SD, 7.3, 4R100, 119,000 miles. Brake/Vacuum problem

Electric fuel pump
Wanting to install electric fuel pump on 86 6.9. What is the best fuel pressure for this IP and should I just bypass the mechanical lift pump and leave it in place, or is there a plate available to cover the hole if I remove the lift pump.- wolfman
