    After on the block heater for 3 hours. Truck starts, then sputters out and dies after a about 15 seconds. Cranks for about 15 seconds then fires and runs rough for about 45 seconds.     At least I think thats the answer. Problem is the glowplug system (somewhere along the line) does not function properly regularly. When the ignition is turned to "ON", normally the glowplug system should begine to heat and cycle. Well this only happen about %10 of the time, I can tell this...

    smoke from vents.

    last two days ive had smoke/steam, (i couldnt tell) comming from the heat and defrost vents. not much but enough to notice. smelled faintly like burning A/F. It happens on my way to school, but not the way home. No smoke or nothing in engine bay. the temp qauge(still factory idiot light)...

    intermittent poor connections?

    Problem is that, to fire my truck in the cold, I need to cycle the ignition (turn off then on again) a few times for the clow plugs to work properly. Now I know if there going to work by looking at the volt meter, and seeing what the power draw is. Im assuming this is a ground/connection...

    help removing valve cover.

    I need your help to remove my passenger side valve cover. With the turbo and AC I cant find a way to shimmy it out. So if anyone has ideas, experience, please chime in, im at a loss. hopefully, atached is a picture on what im dealing with. thank you.
