    Fuel Injector port?

    I was changing out my fuel injectors on my 1993 F350 7.3 IDI non turbo, I cleaned the injector ports and when I looked inside one of them I noticed that it looked like it was pitted. Can you all tell me if I'm seeing things and if not what would cause this and what to do about it.
