Looking at an Excursion
Any of you guys no the good and the bad with these trucks? I have an IDI now but i am thinkin of getting something else. ANything to stay away from when buying used? I am looking at bith the 6.0 and the 7.3 powerstrokes. Thanks :thumbsup:- jdw7.3

Thinking of selling ford and getting dodge
I currently have a 1990 F-250 with a 7.3 idi. I am considering getting a dodge and selling my truck and wanted to get some advice. Are there any years or models to stay away from? Leaking Tanks- Where to get new ones
Both my tanks are leaking. I am planning on replacing both of them and was wondering the best place to get new tanks from. Someone had recomended MTS tanks, which are plastic and are supposed to be of high quality and solve the leak problem. Those will cost me about $270 shipped for the pair...- jdw7.3

Need help with transfer case leak

White smoke at idle- Als0 -running hot when towing
A couple of questions. When I first start the truck i get white smoke while it idles. After it warms up the smoke isn't noticeble. Is thi sanything to be concerned with?? Also, I have been towing a large boat (6000lbs) and the temp gauge goes up higher than usual. I dont get a warning...- jdw7.3

Headlight switch?? -Need HElp
OK. My lights have been doing really weird things. If i pull the headlight knob out all the way my headlights come on but my tail lights and dash lights do not light up.
