    Heath i got it back to loveland i just havent had a chance to work on it yet. I will be trying to figure it out tommorrow. Im just going to change the fuel filter and and the fuel pump and see what happens.

    Here in Colorado they dont care where your bumper is. Your headlights can only be a maximum of 44 inches above the ground though.

    i would look into a donor truck for a five speed it would be cheaper to do it that way if you dont mind a hand shaker.

    i like my glowshifts so far i have a pyro, oil pressure and water temp so far they have been nice.

    no signs of fuel leaking at all. I just did the return lines last week when i did injectors. Im looking into the fuel filter now hopefuly it will show me i missed something simple like you said. And yes as soon as i get it back to loveland i will be talking to genlightning for one of his pumps.

    oldbull im pretty sure i got it in right but im going to pull it tommorrow and make sure. I installed it on the side of the highway so its possible i didnt do it right so hopwefuly it will be a better day.

    I was going to mention that i changed the fuel pump on the side of the road but its still not pushing any fuel. Now im trying to find someone with a trailer or something to haul it back to the other side of the mountains so i can work on it.

    Don't put that Seafoam in your crankcase, another additive is recommended here, forgot the name, someone will chime in here, you have to buy it from the manufacturer. Seafoam in the crankcase cleans too fast causing problems, you didnt ask, but I wanted to tell you before you went there...

    Thanks Gary i just got that one out by doing what you told me my roommate had a slide hammer thank god for the other stuck one. So they are all replaced and she seems to run smoother now. It still has the white smoke at higher rpms. Im thinking its a worn injection pump. I have a new one here...

    It turns freely in the bore but all of the threads are out of the head. It just seems like the nozzle is stuck in the hole, but the body wont separate from the nozzle otherwise i would grind the threads on the body and use a slide hammer.     yea im using a socket to remove and install them. Most of the injector bores had some carbon in them but they came out after only soaking for a day. if i run the motor with that injector loose wouldnt i have a chance of shooting it right out of the motor cuz that prolly wouldnt be good.

    alright fellas sounds good i will keep going the problem is the top hasnt seperated from the bottom yet so it must just be soot. So i will keep soaking them till then. Thanks for the help with grinding the top threads off thats prolly what i will end up having to do if they separate.

    hammer that worked perfect thanks ;Sweet but i have another problem now two of the injectors will turn in the bore but wont come out. I need some advice on what to do. Keep soaking in pb blaster and keep trying or what im stumped fellas.

    yea a pick worked in the last truck i had, but these ones are stubborn. So are two of the injectors.
