Please help before I destroy
I recently swapped a 92 7.3 idi into my 86 f350. Long story short after a very frustrating experience with the wiring I decided just to use the glow plug system off of the 6.9 that I had and ended up using the 6.9 harness. Everything now works.....except im getting NO fuel out of the IP. All...- ERnurse

F super duty rear to F350 will it work?
Hi all just found a real low mile rear on an early 90's f super duty. Will those heavier springs bolt up to my 86 f 350 frame without modding. Im hesitant to switch out the entire rear axle due to the 10 vs 8 lug wheels but I would really like the disk brakes on it. Any help/suggestions would be...- ERnurse

Hi, I have been working on a low mileage (75k) 7.3 (1992) to replace my destroyed 6.9. Motor came from salvage yard with guarantee. Can a newbie get a little help
Hi, new to the forum and also the Ford diesels. Im trying to swap my '86 6.9 IDI with a '92 7.3 IDI. I read up on the subject before going to get my motor and was comfortable that I could get it done. My only issues are the differences in the wiring harness.
