and the 40 plus engines I've rebuilt about half of them had to have a little file work done or else you started all the bolts and they went in hard because obviously the intake of such close tolerance is it doesn't like any adjustments.
also I was out at work so I pulled some bolts out of the...
They should have only taken two to three thousands off of the heads to get him to clean up even if they went 10 on each one the intake would still fit, I have had intakes on stock engines where the bolts of cut into it I think it's an intake problem not a blockhead problem
Well I have personally measure 10 turbo blocks myself and they were all the same as the na blocks, it is possible that in some super late production run they upgraded the block. I have a U-Haul engine that was built with a brand-new block and it has quarter inch plug in the rear oil galley where...
The stock filter is not restrictive till the filter plugs up.
I ran for years with a magnehelic vacuum gauge on mine and never saw any numbers high enough to worry about, Unless the plastic duct to the front was connected, that thing is a POS.
Highest numbers I ever saw was with the filter...
Not true
Ive measured all the things that are supposed to be different, oil galleys are about it.
I have 15 years and 100k + on my engine build. If you want reliability and good torque and power pm me.

Back on the topic of 'cheap stuff', here's a couple things I found:
"60-1 wheel" - $40: https://www.ebay.com/itm/Brand-new-...sh=item1a3b281815:g:wXAAAOSwo0JWJq6j&LH_BIN=1
Wont fit, superback wheel is too tall, if you cut the housing this deep it will be ruined.
Go ahead and order that Mitsubishi stuff and let me know when it fits or not oh, I've tried it all nothing fits the banks turbos I'm having the wheels specially made just like Banks did and or machining for something common.
Everybody wants cheap, consider this, the average turbo will last 10+ years with normal oil change maintenance. I have over 100k miles on mine, What is that cost per mile? I paid 1200 for my turbo kit so it has cost me .012 cents per mile.
It got here the day I left and I threw it in the house on the floor and it's sitting in front of my chair right now.
haven't really felt like doing anything but I've been doing enough I have ten sets of injectors ready to go. 6 customer turbos to finish up and two turbos on the shelf ready to go.
You probably should quit screwing around and just send it to me. I need camshafts we need to do some partial trading.
and for what it's worth Justin doesn't do the factory turbo stuff anymore he sends them all to me, and I think I should get first shot at it since I'm the one that started doing...
The factory steel wheels are the strongest.
I have had many tire issues.
One trip to see Calvin we had one seperate, he ordered me some 235-85 16 bridgestones , commercial casing, very good tires,
Dont go with house brands for hauling a camper, my single wheel with the camper on was 7600 rear...
