    so even those are stainless and they are concave you wouldn't use them? i bought a set from Napa but they are the same past number as the ones on rock auto that are marked as stainless, just waiting for a buddy to make the tool for me so i can install them

    If that's the case I wonder if its electrical elsewhere, as a couple weeks ago after he had the hazards on and turned them off and the brake lights wouldn't go off until he wiggled the hazards switch and the blinker switch

    Ok, cleaned the connector on the passenger side of the transmission and plugged it back in, seems to be working fine now, but both clips on that connector are broken, is there anywhere to buy a new connector for it? Also put the code reader on it, got these three codes: dtc 50 dtc 65 dtc 74

    my dads truck (93 f350 7.3 E40D hypermax turbo) keeps jumping the rpm up by like a couple hundred rpm or so, only does it when its in overdrive. when he told me about it I thought maybe it just kept shifting out of OD but after driving it myself it isn't shifting, its just jumping up the RPM...

    Don't know if it ever had water in it, but I looked it over and it seems to be fine so I put it back in the engine, thank you guys for the help

    I'm sure I've read this somewhere on here before, but I can't seem to find it now, but is there a way to tell if the oil pump that was originally in the engine I'm rebuilding is good? I never saw this engine run before tearing it down so I don't know if it had good pressure then or not

    Justin told me to put a .060 shim in, which seems like a lot to me, I just didn't know about diameter as shimming springs is new to me, but ill do some measuring and figure it out as best I can

    I was told with running a cam from R&D I need to run comp 910 springs and shim them, what diameter do the shims need to be? I think I have an idea what they should be but I wanted to be sure before I ordered them.

    It was a bad MLPS Got a known good one from black dawg and put it in truck to test and truck shifted perfectly fine New one will be here tomorrow Hopefully this is the last of the troubles for this transmission for awhile Thanks for all the help everybody

    What do you mean real code? Are the codes my reader have no good? We did hold the throttle WOT when scanning

    Ok I will change batteries in multimeter and check again The OD light turns on and stays on when canceled, and is fully off when not cancelled
