    When I did my cooler I pulled the wheel, inner fender. Undid the motor mount, jacked up the engine, and with a few socket extensions removed the bolts. Might be a little tough to get it out. If so jack the engine a bit more. You'll need plenty of light to see what you're doing..

    How fast are you traveling when it shifts to OD? Does it gear hunt between 3rd and OD, back and forth. The voltage at the FIPL might not be set correctly. Also make sure the plug on the trans, pass side behind the heat shield is spotless. Goes to the valve body iirc. Haven't had a E4OD in a bit.

    I'm running 235 85 16 tires. I aired down to 35 lbs and man what a difference. like I had coils springs up front. The fronts were at 90 psi. My wife even liked the ride. No rattling too. Will get on some sand today.

    Yeah I have done the 2 stroke thing. It has sulpher in it to add lubricity. Unless they removed that too.

    But for me, and probably a bunch of other guys I have two different size fittings. If that was the case I would have used a rubber brake line with two female ends. I think it's 1/2 in and 3/8. Pipe.

    It sounds like it is stuck in between. You can take it off the frame and take it apart. A screw type mechanism switches the valve. You can look for pics here on repairing. I've done it before years ago. If it's bad they sell chinesium ones on evilbay. Or you can do a manual bypass.

    Check the output of the pump. Put some juice to it with the line going to the filter disconnected. Make sure the fsv is working and the tank has fuel. It sounds stupid but it's easy to overlook .
