    @laserjock 92-97 seats have headrests. that is the kind of seat in my truck. that harder part for you is that you have an extended cab so the only options is a split bench seat or bronco/extended cab seats. im sure a regular bench seat could be done but it would be harder for backseat passengers...

    @ISPKI i know the F super dutys had 10 lug axles and hydroboost on them so i would check over the axles and the brakes to make sure they are good because those parts are harder to find. it may or may not have a bigger trans cooler on it, if it does it might be a specialty size

    @themechanicalford i use a fast idle stick, i stick it between the pedal and the seat, it works and a high idle is better for the engine. i let my truck warm up until the cold start advance/high idle turns off. then i just turn on the defrost on high and in 5-10 mins of driving i have good heat...
