Junk yards my friend. Any medium duty truck with air ride. Mine came from a bus. Yea some of it is custom, but so far almost everything but the track bar was bolt on.
No, the sae2 bell dolts on like the ford adapters do.
John, Geese has a s1900 with an idi in it, not sure if he would sell just the bell. It’s still a complete Truck
Service items are always hard to tell mileage from. My 88 f250 daily I paid 1200 bucks for it. Had 88k on it. Also had a yellow decal on the door. Registered Pennsylvania farm vehicle. So I highly believe the 88k. But the entire d44hd was beat, including the tcase. I have reason to think 3/4 of...
Buddies 6.9 with factory turbo setup on it. WW installed. Wastegate hooked up it would stop at 10. Unhooked hose to wastegate, hit 14 barely. Wiretied gate closed with some bailing wire, hit 16 now. No other changes done.
Ran retreads on a lot of stuff and never had one come apart. From my pops f450 to my stepmoms 2010 wrangler.
Most of the gators you see on the side of the road are virgin tires that were not properly maintained.
Psc does sell an adapter to bolt it on. I have one on the crawler. It isn’t listed for the diesel, but the small block. Some slight modifications and it works great. I have had the van brackets on my shelf for years now just Incase the adapter failed, but haven’t needed it yet
Got a 1/4 Pipe plug in the oil cooler too....
As for s different gauge, some say coolant level. I would do a coolant pressure gauge. Sudden loss means leak.
And backing my it off it can fall out, I remove the cover, just makes it easy. No guessing. Plus most of the time the trucks I have played with the cover is seeping anyway.
As for turning it all the way in, you can snap it be careful. Also definitely not recommended on a non turbo truck, and...
I always stick with howes, most parts stores here sell it now. I carry a red 911 bottle of power service just in case but you need to know how to use it. Biggest issue with the power service is it is alcohol based.
Any of you guys running the Meyers ez classic tube mount plows on your 80-91 f250-350 trucks? I need a photo of how the kicker brace is. I have the main mount in, but the kickers won't line up with anything. I looked up the diagram, it appears part 4-5 in this photo is what I need pictures of.
