    I had a mechanical gauge on it that I pulled off my other truck. I know it works. I don't rent crap from autozone. Lol I just can't see it as a pump failure. It still moves oil, just no pressure and no change if you do rev it up to 1200 or so

    on any that i time, if the crank pickup hole is loose, i dont use. it. but i have the timing light also for my tech time, so i get RPM from injector line and use the light. if that is loose and you dont have it set at the right spot it can angle the probe enough to change the degrees

    Yep clutch switch. Only 2 wires get tied together. They make it start. The rest just leave apart.

    if your at 16 degrees, that thing should be very loud and rattle when running, even worse when cold. is it? you say you cleaned the spot on the lines a year ago, did you reclean them? my tech time is very picky on clean lines to get a good reading.

    Rock auto sells the Poly bushing set from energy suspension. 50 some bucks for all 6 bushings needed, another 12 bucks for the track bar. I just got mine last week. Lol You can push out the poly ones and put the rubber in.

    5/16 drillbit on a small pair of vice grips and pb blaster. Work that in the timing hole. Will clean the rust and grime out so the probe can be installed

    Ok so if the glow plug light comes on, the ecm is getting power. Once it gets light out I will wander out to our one lonely 7.3 powered bus and snap some pics of stuff to check.
