    I got it! so that cam thing on top of the column had to come out. I managed to use a pair of flat head screwdrivers and wedge against it. It has a bit of splines that hold it in. Once it pushed passed those, I was able to bend a nail to 90 degrees and wedge that against it and the pin came out...

    The parts that I am looking for are #s 23 and 24 in the attached image. This schematic says its for a 92-96 F150/F250/Bronco but the column parts look right. Part names are Column Actuator and Steering Lock Lever. I have found Part#23 as Dorman part# 47510 but I cannot find part# 24.

    I believe that is exactly what I had posted with the exception of the WTS light. The diagram that I posted, the WTS is connected to the white wire as well so that the light triggers when you hold the switch down.
