If you have 4wd and are planning to replace your front shackle bushings with polyurethane bushings, check your shackles first. Some aftermarket shackles can have a different bore diameter for the bushing that bolts to the frame. The difference can be as much as 1mm. The polyurethane bushings will spin in the shackle instead of being locked in and rotating around the pin.
My truck had Dorman 722-015 shackles. Other brands could also be affected. If you end up needing them I would try and find some oem ones from a junkyard. Luckily the shackles are the same for the 7.5L gas trucks. That is good because it widens the search. I ended up getting my oem shackles from a 7.5L truck myself.
