I was looking under the 250 today to see if I could tell where oil might be leaking from underneath and noticed the harmonic balancer looks VERY close to the oil pan, might be almost rubbing? Am I just being paranoid?

F250:

F350 for comparison. Note the space between the oil pan and the dampener:

Yes I know they're dirty.... Oil leaks do that lol

If it needs to be addressed, what all am I in for? Just removing belts/pulleys and replacing the dampener? Will the radiator need to come out again?

Am I okay driving it like this for now? It's not leaking a lot of oil, just leaving a couple drips when I park.

You are good. The balancer is very close to the pan, but no worries. If it was contacting the pan you would hear it! :Thumbs Up

Well I kinda figured that but it's so close it was worrying me. Especially since I'm supposed to drive it 7-8hrs next week to the rally.

If you do have to pull the balancer, you don't have to remove the radiator to do it. It's tight, but doable.
