Rear Fuel Tank Cleaning - Dear God
I was told by an old 6.9L Diesel mechanic ( that worked on this engine when it first came out ) I had the same problem as you with the black tar , witch is your biodiesel fuel sediment . I bought a 1985 F-350 Ford Dually with the 6.9L non turbo that set for 5 years or so ? Because it had stopped...- William workman

Injection pump timing
Thanks ! My truck has the C6 automatic . Ok so if I got this right ? I have my 6.9 running at the specified 1400 RPM the offset set at -20 degrees ,and that it running now the offset shows -13 dose that mean I need to back my pump back ( 9 degrees ) to where it will show - 4 degrees ...- William workman

Hi Guys ! I'm new to this way of trying to get things done . I've got the old 1985 6.9 non turbo engine . When I bought this truck ( F-350 dully standard cab ) It had set for 5 years not running because of the good old biodiesel fuel .
