Yes they are 1/2 with 5/8's nipples for the hose. I have this set up it works great but one thing not mentioned in the build thread was you need to be cautious of the clearance with the hood. I have a cowl hood and it comes within 1/4in of the hood.

You may have already covered this but I see you are going to relieve the crankcase pressure from the front of the injection pump gear housing, are you making a custom intake with the cdr mounted to it and if so what type of hose are you using?

I'm just now getting around to adding cruise control in my truck which didn't have it before. I have the servo assembly and cable I bought off eBay which came off of another 93 idi my question is does anyone have the wiring diagram for this? I have mitchell but it only shows there being 7 wires...
I have the warn premium hubs. I'm starting to wonder if it's the u joints now too.. I there an easy way to tell if they are bad without pulling everything apart again?
I noticed this problem 2 days ago so yesterday I pulled both sides apart and everything looked fine!! The hubs are only a year old! But it happened to me again this morning when I went to the post office!!
So recently I have noticed my steering to become very squirrely when driving straight and when turning very jumpy.. I have noticed that my left side hub spins halfway to the locked position by itself. What I also find weird is sometimes it stops driving squirrely and I'm assuming this is after...
I got one but no promises it will fix your problem I had the same issue and with needing to drive at highway speeds more regularly I dumped the C6 and got a Zf. Have you made sure its not out of adjustment because that will sure cause problems!

You should be able to spin the fan by hand and that would be unlocked it will be really loud when it's locked in. I just replaced mine because it was constantly locked in. There is a good YouTube video someone made that you can hear the difference between locked and unlocked.

I'm doing the same swap from C6 to ZF and from what I've read from multiple threads on this is you shouldn't have to change drive shafts you just have to move the crossmember back to the next set of holes which are an inch back from the original.

But with these turbos its not a long time period they see that high of boost but I'm considering doing a typ4 cam and studding it and possibly porting heads if the pocket allows me to but the current project is dumping the C6 for the ZF 5!!
