    Matching Flywheel Balance to Flexplate

Honestly, you can use it without balancing - it'll work fine. But yes, I'd expect any shop that can balance something to be able to balance a flywheel to match another one. It shouldn't be off by much.

    Combine powered f250 diesel

Some day I want to do something like that with a Bronco - Some sort of mechanical tractor diesel motor; bet it'd get pretty decent fuel mileage!

    What oil do you use?

I use Mobil Delvac - good enough, and cheaper than most, when they have a rebate.

Can I replace my CDR valve with an oil catch can?

Probably slightly negative at worst, but *too* much negative and you'll end up basically vaporizing oil, which the engine will run on, which is why the thing exists in the first place - Ford evidently tested something and (likely) found out that at high RPM, with a 99% plugged air filter, you...

    Which turbo is preferred?

Are either of these turbos wastegated? If so, choose the wastegated one - it'll be smaller, better suited for mid-range boost, at the expense of top-end(generally not an issue unless you go with larger-than-stock IP). When it comes to the Banks Sidewinder wastegated model vs the Ford...

'94 Turbo 7.3L IDI oil pump inspection and specs needed.

Oil pump, unless it looks/feels like it was damaged, is going to be fine. They don't generally wear out, and the factory ones are better than new aftermarket anyway... It pumps so much oil as it is that a little leakage isn't going to affect anything. Low oil pressure at idle is caused by a...

Can I replace my CDR valve with an oil catch can?

The CDR is generally open at all times - and usually fails open. It doesn't stop crankcase pressure usually, and if you are having high crankcase pressures, check for a clogged air filter, as that would cause (major) negative pressure in the intake. Remember, these IDIs produce a *ton* of...

What are the chances of it being just a head gasket failure?

Yup, sounds like a head gasket to me. Just make sure you tear into it soon. Or, if you don't plan to, drain all the coolant, and fire the engine up for ~30s or so(not much longer), to get all the coolant out of the cylinders. Don't want any rust or coolant in the oil.

    Chasing air leaks

Just a heads up, replacing injectors with a worn pump is not a good idea. Why? As the IP wears, timing gets retarded, but is counteracted somewhat by the injectors wearing and making it easier on the IP to inject(comparatively advancing the timing). Add a new set of injectors with the worn pump...

    Alcoa nuts

Seems like at least 80% of the nuts I see on these IDIs are 1 1/16" - either black taper nuts or flat washer backed ones(for dualies)

Losing coolant from what looks like behind the flywheel.

The Autozone pumps work just fine. And lifetime warranty, and cheap. Done!

    In case of EMP

Yeah. To even get any fuel economy with a C6, you need a really low-stall torque converter(to reduce slipping), 3.55 gearing(and even that could be taller)... and go 55MPH max? (I'm averaging 15MPG, with my 5-speed+GVOD, but it's not a new engine by any means. And I don't go slow, either).

Anything special about the 12 point bolts for the timing gear?

Get some Grade 8 fasteners and use them for now, then order the correct bolts and swap them out when they come in?

Dixie Va will pay top dollar cash

If you have to, just disconnect that line at the injector, shove some rubber hose over it and either run it into a bottle or into the return system. You'll be running on 7 cylinders, but it will run and drive. Also, if the line split... chances are your vibration dampeners on the lines are...

    Front crank seal

That's probably *part* of your leak, and why it happened now; instead of putting a slight negative pressure on the crankcase, you've got a slight positive pressure(from the gasses having to escape by themselves), so instead of the front seal leaking "inward"... I personally don't see any reason...
