A few things, watch out for 90degree turn in Cleveland. Fuel is usually cheaper in Ohio that Pennsylvania. Try to hit Cleveland at non peek hours. You might want to try the I86/390 route rather than buffalo and the throughway, if so get fuel at the res in Salamanca.
