Okay thanks everyone so far for the replies here. Got the truck torn apart now and trying to get through everything. Well it looks like ball joints and u-joints too, while I am at it; ACK! Well I love this old truck though, so this is what it takes...- DaveC

1994 Crew Cab F350, 7.3L IDI, Factory Turbo, Front Brakes: remove & replace calipers + rotor / hub assembly
Hi all. So one of my front brake calipers started sticking, and by the time I got in there to take a look, one pad has worn completely away, and the backing plate ground the rotor about all the way through to the interior cooling fins, so I gotta fix this ASAP. I have a couple of questions...- DaveC

Brass injector return caps
Okay thanks everybody so far. Speaking of McMaster-Carr - one of my favorite places to buy stuff from, they are so excellent to deal with: What is the exact part number / O-ring dimensions spec to get from them, for Viton O-rings for the 7.3L IDI injectors? By the way, there seem to be two...- DaveC

Brass injector return caps
Hi all-- Has anyone recently gotten a set of the brass injector return caps from "Dale at Dregs Diesel"? I've emailed him a couple of times recently, but haven't heard anything. Not sure if he's still in business supplying these, or if my messages have gotten through, &c. thanks-- --dave- DaveC

Injector line replacement (without removing injector pump)
Hi again everyone, thanks for the replies thus far. So again, my project is to replace my injector lines, one of which has cracked at its injector compression nut, and now squirts fuel: Well I think I have everything I should need and the weather looks clear and not as cold for tomorrow, so...- DaveC

Injector line replacement (without removing injector pump)
Hi all-- I have a '94 F350, 7.3L IDI, factory turbo, E40D. BTW, just got it; about totally free of rust; I love this truck! Since I replaced the glow plugs and rebuilt the fried glow plug wire harness, she starts and runs and drives beautifully, even when it's zero degrees. So far so good...- DaveC
