Is it a possibility new injectors and injector pump would help or does this thing need to be rebuilt. Also probably worth noting we had put a new return line kit on a few weeks ago and it ran so smooth it was remarkable but that only lasted about a day and now as opposed to having the one...

I am looking for an oil filter, here at Walmart they're only 10 bucks but it is the ph3786 which is for the Powerstroke the filter I need is ph3766 will this filter work anyways?

So Jack it up and spin it with my hands? Also the passenger hub is cover in a kind of oil/grease.. I think maybe it is locked would that cause said symptoms? How would I free it?....regrease it?
So I'm hoping that's right, however do you think that is possible despite the fact the symptom is practically only noticeable in fifth gear I may slightly notice it lower gears but I can be going 40 in 5th and notice it clearly
