I keep having issues with 2 fuel lines leaking and seem to not be sitting flush on the return fuel caps. I thread them down by hand before putting a wrench on them.
I got it out, with the advise of cleaning the carbon off the injector bore and grinding down the threads. Now I have the copper crush washer stuck in the bore. What do you recommend getting that out?

I was wondering if there was any other way to get an injector. I tried grinding the threads and screwing back together, but couldn’t get it to thread on the injector lower body.
Any ideas how to remove it?
Yes both engines were cold when the radiator cap was taken off.
