Check the fuel pressure at the drain valve to see if the lift pumps weak. Use that as a bargaining tool. Replace pump for $160 (thats dealership price) and be happy. That and never expect it to be fast or front tires/balljoints or brakes to last very long on it. :)- bct

Yeah I found some "boshe" tips on ebay. Figured I'd try em. So that flange doesnt seem to match up to the standard flanges ie: T-3. That sux.- bct

I wanted to switch turbos to get a boost actuated waste gate. The 6.5 is vac correct? Or can I hook a boost line to it and use a Hallman to get the WG to act the way I want? I said hx35 cause thier easy to find. Part number on the marines?- bct

so its got 200K on it. Makesa whappin 6psi with the gate tied closed. Smokes alright. I strait piped it with the stock DP. Has an AFE pro Guard 7 in it. so what are you getting at? the Banks unit would be a huge improvement over stock? will a stock motor with 170k miles on it stand up to it? whats the psi and cfm diffrence on the 2?- bct

noise is the AC compressor, when it stops spinnin the noice stops. Gotta have an AC tech do that on tho don't I? Still havent tripped the codes, but fif yo filters and fluids.- bct

thans for the instructions,. i was just gunna ask for those. I bought the rig, well stole it really. The rattle is deffinatly some devise, it sounds like a REALLY loud and fast electric fuel pump and it switches on and off. I get a warning light right at 60 mph and she even stumbles a bit.
