Is it worth it?

So I've stopped and looked at this truck several times and I drove by and the owner was out there so I stopped and got him to start it up so I could hear it and got some background info on it.now I'm not a serious buyer at this price if it was lower Id try an get it but the truck isn't bad.he wants 3500 and it's got what he said to be a reman ih 7.3 out of a school bus that had like less then 5k on it.it had all 6.9 parts on it but it sounded nothin like mine lol.it had 85 stamped right above the drivers side manifold and the truck is also an 85.its a f250 converted to a dually on the back its 4x4 with a 4speed.it was pretty clean on the inside other then the seat and headliner.he said it was a farm truck so Ya its beat to hell but it sounded great.it was smokey when i revel it up.not black smoke it was blueish like fuel so Probley just outta time idk.tell me what yall think maybe some one here might want it its in mtn home arkansas

Looks like a 2000 dollar truck to me. I search Craigslist pretty often around here, and 3500 seems high for a truck that old.

I would keep looking...or offer him a lower number and see if he bites.

Well I really don't have the money to buy it at that even lol.but I mean at a grand dad would buy it an I could pay him back but he said the auger on the bed was like 1500 alone so if that's true you could sell that.i just wanted it cause it's gotta a really nice bed and even if it looks bad I've got parts to make it look better.he also said it had a new clutch a pressure plate and gear rendition starter on it.

If I had say 1500 or so right now I'd go offer it to him I was just kinda wonderin what yall thought about it. I found a 85 f350 2wd dually with a dually bed which is what I want for 1500 so if anything I'll buy that lol.im just kinda puttin this on here to see what yall think

If I buy one its gonna be a bull nose or obs lol.ive gotta obs extended cab powerstroke that dad's tryin to get right now.its beat to hell but I got the body parts I need and it has a bunch of new parts

I just am more partial to obs and bull nose trucks cause that's literally all we've ever had weve never owned a bricknose
