Cheating tool list for gp under turbo

Sherwin, when I used to work for a farmer with a tractor old enough to have a manual fuel shut off, he always preached about pushing it back in after the tractor engine stopped running. I'm sure we've all done something like you said.

Yeah that was the thing. I make it a habit to push it back in. Either I forgot this once or someone else drove the truck last lol

Rusted out lines again. I think it should be mandated that brake lines and all fluid line like fuel and trany should be stainless. This is a safety problem as well as an environmental concern. And this is not limited to one manufacturer or vehicle. My buddies 2000 chevy 2500 just blew a trans line due to rust and his brake lines were already replaced. My neighbor was just doing his ****** trans lines due to rust.

When I got my first Centurion I had a rotted fuel line, ended up replacing all of them plus the brake lines while I was down there. Then short time later did the trans lines.
This second centurion seems to want lots of repairs...
Might as well keep it!

You wouldn't believe what a difference 10 RPM can make when cranking. We see it all the time on the test stand. Some injection pumps just will not deliver fuel below 150 RPM. Get that motor spinning fast enough, and it will always start. Glad you were successful!
