Sounds interesting enough, though I'd kinda be concerned about an IDI in short-haul, stop-and-go, maybe-never-hit-2,500-rpm-service, including lots of idling...

And then sitting for years?

My van sat for quite a while before I bought it. Like 6 months? Shoulda changed the water pump. First mean uphill, seal blew.

I'm sure she's been above 2500 RPM...she was a fleet vehicle; most fleet drivers beat on company vehicles like they were rentals

I'm curious to see pics too; no info on how big she is/how many seats she originally had...

OK, Warden, I guess you have a point. A co-worker of mine shattered 2 pistons on a (company-owned) Chevy Express, and was barely reprimanded.

Though, in my experience, well-secured commercial cargo tolerates harsh driving better than human passengers.

First time I see a low mileage airport shuttle. Usually those go well over 300k within the first 6 years. Here anyways....
