Jegs has an external oil cooler available that will work,.
Why add a second oil cooler? The original liquid to liquid oil cooler is better than any liquid to air cooler. Plus I would be concerned about the new cooler and oil lines being too small (restrictive) unless they are of a rather healthy size.
Why did you have to replace the radiator?
Was the cooling system ever neglected? If it was neglected, perhaps the smaller coolant holes in the head gasket are plugged with sediment. I would flush the cooling system with a good flush (Fleetguard Restore Plus). If that helps (and you don't already have one) add a coolant filter. They do a remarkable jod of keeping the cooling system clean. I put coolant filters on my last two trucks....even the gassers.
Was the engine ever loaded up with Stop Leak?
