Ford never made a F-superduty 4wd. They were all conversions
4wd F350 cab-n-chassis were pretty common

yeh i want to see this.....tho im sure they do exist.....just like a 4x4 solid axle 3500HD in the chevy's 90 series body

the 450 also have the strips riveted to the top and bottom of the frame rails behind the cab.you will not find a factory 4x4 450

only difference between them is the springs,axles and ebrake setup.other than those same cab,frame and drivetrain as an f250-f350 except the 450s werent offered as a pickup,cab/chassis only

That seems like a big difference to me And those differences make a 4,000lb GVW difference, which is quite a bit
