I understand, I'm just too dang practical.almost 20 years later, I couldnt agree more.
But, thats what "hot rodding" is.......whether it is a car, a chainsaw, a lawnmower, or even just reloads for the old hunting rifle......
And in defense of my younger/dumber? self, it would have taken one hell of a 460 to keep up with that truck.....trailer or not.
I do got a couple bad to the bone chainsaws though. Stihl 044, and a Poulan from the early 80s that's 85cc and equiped with a bow bar, it's like holding a dirt bike in your hands.
The 86 bronco I scored a while back has a bored and stroked 302(347). I wouldn't have built such a thing but since it was in there when it got here, I'll enjoy it.
So, I understand the "hot rod" bug I'm just too practical.
