You should double check on fuel pressure.
Next would be give the idm a shake to check for water, check the pcm fuse and unplug the fuel heater, also check the valve cover harness plugs.

WTS light when key on prior to starting?

If so, pull one (preferably both) valve covers and crank the engine over. Is oil spurting from the injectors indicating they are firing?
