Ya this truck lives in the bush about 2.5 hrs from a parts store so I don’t like cheap and replace. Thanks for the help.

IMO NAPA ones fall in the cheap / not lasting group. Got one in my 99, getting about time to buy a good one,

I'm sure that I had an accidental good one, but the last parts store starter that I bought lasted about 10 years. I had it in 3 vehicles too.
