what fluid should I run in my 5 spd?

A question for the experts:

I just did the dana 60 front end swap on my 93 and decided to update my clutch linkage to the heim joint (lots of problems in the past), change the oil and flush the trans while im at it. What is recommended to run in my 5 speed?

synthetic atf is whats recommended.

I personally run redline mtl and my gearbox loves it.
