like the title says, what are you running for fuel?

and what do you do to it before you use it.

why 2 stroke oil?

im thinking of running 50/50 trans and diesel

The same reason I run a quart or so of WMO per tank. Lube for the pump and injectors.

Hydro-idi I think runs Waste ATF in his. Really these engines will burn anything that, well, burns.

whats that consist of im new to diesels

anything that comes in the 55 gal drums of waste oil i get.
trans/hydrolic/brake fluid/motor oil/ gear oil veggy oil diesel gas. anything realy 25k with no problems other than a recently added rod knock on my 500k engine

I normally run dark black diesel fuel

WMO, about 60-70% mix with regular diesel the other 30%

In short no, I do start on regular diesel and then switch over year round, 20-30% wmo in cold weather maybe less this year because it will be colder then last year.

If ypu are serious and starting from scratch I would highly recommend getting a centrifuge from pabiodiesel.com. you can put together a filter setup but ypu will be ahead in the long run to go that route. Better filtering and no filters to change after that. 80% WMO 20% kero or gas for me in the summer. Hardest part of running these fuels is pumping them. The engine will eat it right up!

doing some testing...one tank has about 80-90% WVO filtered through a fuel filter...

The other tank has 50/50 mix both work great...starts runs NO problem...just always wanna go n buy fries n burger n shake now....damn smelll!
