What are these extra holes in my new radiator?

I got a new radiator for my 6.9, when I opened the box I saw two extra holes that are not on the existing radiator. Here is the bottom of the existing radiator:

What are the extra two holes? Can I use this radiator?

Transmssion cooler. If you dont need it, dont hook it up.
