T19 is happier cold

The tranny has been this way since I got it, and being as I am getting ready to tear everything apart, I figured now is a good time to fix this as well....occainsionally she does not want to go into gear...but only when its warm, and only at a stand-still. If it is cold, or I am rolling everything is happy.

I am guessing worn bearings/syncros... as gear oil gets warmer, it gets thinner and acts less as a cushion. Manual trannies should work better warm.
