Ok... Found out how to read the codes without a reader and got the following:

56- TOT reads -40 degrees Fahrenheit, or circuit open.

23- TPS out of self-test range

91- Shift solenoid 1 circuit failure.

92- Shift solenoid 2 circuit failure.

93- Coast clutch solenoid circuit failure.

94- Converter clutch solenoid circuit failure.

99- Electronic pressure control circuit failure.

With all these codes, it sure sounds like there's a broken wire(s) somewhere...

Wow. All the number would say the computer had a stroke. Code 56 will keep the converter from locking. Code 91 through 99 are solenoid pack related. Code 94 is related to code 56. Check the solenoid conection. Make sure it is clean. Check the wires for breaks. If all checks good. there could be a problem with the pack. It is not common for the whole pack to take a dump at once.

I checked the wires from the connector to the fuse box under the hood and found no obvious damage or broken wires. I'm figuring that my next step, is to drop the pan and solenoid pack, to do a continuity check on both sides of the connector. Any other ideas? Also, where is the PCM located in this truck? Didn't look like there was room for it, under the fuse box.

Nick, If you find the one you were talking about, please let me know.
