That much oil in the CDR would have me very concerned. This has probably been mentioned already, but have you performed a compression test?
If you have excessive blow by which you have already pointed out, this typically means that your engine will be in need of a rebuild soon. It seems like your engine has a combination of problems going on with it.

Absolutely .. I am pulling the GP to get ready for compression test and to check if they are steamed clean

I think they look fine.
Zero coolant loss, I wouldn't worry about it.
I would start with the oil pooling. Noticeable oil loss?

Take them ALL out for the compression tests. Easier on the starter.

I would pull them all out and test one at a time. Maybe hook a charger to batteries while doing this.
I think anything above 350 is considered acceptable if I remember right.

Well that's good cause they are a Pain in the xx to pull each one by it self and they all already out on the bench

Waiting on a compression tester from a friend

Those numbers are ok. Factory tells us at 240 you need to rebuild the engine.

Agreed and I was relieved to know but where is all that oil that collected in the CDR and pooling in the compressor side causing the turbo hat to be wet.

I think I am side tracked from the original issue the high amount of smoke the truck produce when I ran it around 2k RPM in the previously posted Video .. seems like unburned fuel !

Compression test pass
No sweet smell
Radiator pressure test loss about 1.5 PSi per hour

Next will be connect every thing back and wait for it to start smoke and start crack each injector and watch what happen
