Well i recently put a turbo on my 91 7.3l and got everything going fine and really like all the extra power but after driving it a while i popped the hood and noticed the coolant return line swelling. So i started by changing out the thermo stat and draining the coolant out of the radiator and it still is doing it. Any ideas or things for me to try to fix it? Thanks.

You need to replace that hose before it bursts on you going down the road. It's no good anymore. Might as well replace both at the same time.

You can see the area of the hose that is weak. I've had old hoses do the same thing before.

Nope... Its just finally telling you its shot. Sometimes they fail like this... Other times they just let go at a really bad time and place... Consider yourself lucky that its telling you something...:D
