zero exhaust leaks, im sure of it, unless its a sootless leak!
im gonna spray the boots and pipes with soapy water and check them, could have a boot loose.
but i think its a WG that needs adjustment, i get to 6 quick, and it wont create any more.
this is all from babying the truck. still getting a feel for it.
its a completely different truck!

it took forever to bleed the PS fluid,
but after driving it around, everythings golden. i dont have the knuckle roll over anymore, steering is nice and tight.
ive still got to get the tach and speedo working, low on the priority list.
i havnt put my foot into it at all except to see how much black smoke...
significantly less smoke, and the engine seems to chug better.

i need to get some seat time.
this will happen tomorrow...

Yeah, if she's getting to 6 PSI so quick and stopping, that sounds like a wastegate to me. For some reason, I was thinking that you were struggling to get to 6 PSI. With my 088, I can barely get to 6 PSI, and that's doing 45 to 50 in 3rd gear towing an 8,000lb boat over the Antioch Bridge and killing every mosquito in the Delta  (that was my 4th of July night, BTW LOL )

Love it!! ;Sweet Please keep me updated on that...I've been waiting for a firsthand report of the Carrick Customs steering assembly; from what you're saying, it's sounding very promising!

Be careful when you go to adjust that wastegate. Buddy of mine broke the arm off of his because it is dimpled in place. If you unhook the gate, drive pressure will open it around 12ish psi.

Drove her around all day today!
I have a charging issue.
I'll be looking into it tomorrow.
I do have the pos of the alternator on the starter lug
I've been driving it around all day and this and 2 other issues have shown there dirty ugly face.
I have a noise about the same spot as the pass rear front spring shackle.

The electronic oil pressure gauges show 0 psi at hot idle.
I know I have solved this issue. On the engine run stand, I had 18 psi at hot idle.
I have a mechanical gauge that will be here MONDAY.

Talked to ISSPRO GAUGES TODAY,
they will not make me a custom fuel gauge for the EV series.
I need the 15-173 ohm fuel sending spec
In order for them to do it, they would need to do a run of 250 units
(Insert the most immature fart noise here)
So I will be putting a blue ****** over the current gauge illum bulb.
