inner fenders are complete, zip screws gone!
5 1/4-20 bolts now hold them in place.
still have to drill and tap the frame to hold fenders in place.
firewall has been welded up of unwanted holes.
pinch weld cut off and welded up.
waiting on my light bar to finish the bumper.
still needs 3 holes tapped for winch plate to bumper.
made 1 filler panel for under headlights.
almost time to install mock up engine and mount filters before painting..

still contemplating covers for the inside of the fenders.

fuel, air, and coolant filters all need to be mounted.
battery boxes still need to be built.
remote terminals, winch box, horns, fuel pump & regulator mount
finish bumper
anti axle wrap device.
new fuel line and brake lines.
and the list continues.
a good days work.

Make those "foothold triangles" bigger. Unless yousa got tiny little feet and never wear boots. That thing looks like a rainy-day-teaser-that-gets-you-a-busted-shin-and-knee.

X20 on the 093 firewall clearance. Took a ball pein hammer to mine

So that's an ATS kit right? Are you going to re-clock the turbo outlet at all? Seems like it's pretty tight there. Remind me what finish is on your manifold? It looks great on there.

this is the OEM 093 kit.
the one i took off my truck, its got the correct clocking for my CAC tubes.
im using it for mock up, and then maybe send it to Russ, or a SD-38, i am undecided.

may sell it if deemed not needed.

no ball peen hammers for me lol, ill be cutting and welding it up, then re-seamsealing it.
may even go as far as welding up that whole seam.

but that wont happen till i pull the mock up engine.

the intake on this engine is just a rattle can paint.
again, this engine is in just for mock up reasons.

wanna finish exhaust, fuel, air, coolant, paint everything and get it up to running status before i put the shiny engine in.

when made in diamond plate, it will have more grip.
i do wear steel toes everyday, and the one he made for his SD, wasnt an issue using it for a step.
