Got the inner structure done.
Ended up welding them to the fender.
But didnt extend them so the fenders will still come out
Braces for coolant and fuel filter.
Drive side has a brace for solenoids.
Modified mounts for hood springs. Still gotta tweek them.
Got the hood back on and aligned.
Gonna make an air box from the cowl hood to pass side where the air filter will be.

holy look at that frame bending or lack of a straight eye, a level, plumbob, square, or any other type of device to keep this thing stout.
i would hate to see what it does when you have to flex it.
i like my short short bed.
i i just wish i woulda had an extra bronco layin around when i did it.

One side complete.
Had a hole in it. Was using this piece as a template.
But I think I'll fill the hole in.

So are you just bolting that to the fender so it comes off when the fender comes off? Are you tying it all together with the inner fender? Gonna paint or polish all that out?

Looks slick.

It's all in the cardboard template Tim!
I made 4 of EM before I got the shape I wanted.
Pass side almost complete. It's gonna have to be a 2 piece jobber
Due to the heater box.
Somthin I can live with!

i like my sharpies!! LOL
yep, batteries will be under the bed.
remote terminals will be installed in the engine compartment if i should ever need to jump someone.
or if i need power.
these panels will be bolted to the box tubing.
they will get the 120/400/buffing wheel treatment, maybe lol
the pass side didnt turn out the way i wanted, but luckily, i still have to mount the front of the inner fenderwell, so i have a bit of wiggle room.

Nice work, I didn't do all that much measuring either when I built all my motor mounts. Cardboard and scissors paved most of the way. LOL
