guys I don't know much about these 6.2 trucks but I like this suburban. It is a full size 1500 4x4 6.2 700r4 with 3.42s. What would one of these suburbans be worth? It has 266000 miles and has no blow-by. It has a very strait body with 4" lift running on 33"s on stock 4x4 steel wheels. I think that this truck would be a good candidate for a oil burning daily driver!

I've got that Suburban myself, the only exception that it has the stock 235-75R15s on it and no lift. I can't tell you what it should be worth or even what to offer. But I will tell you that I love my Sub, and it gets great mileage even though it is NA. My folks bought it new, and I picked it up from them a couple of years back for a song since they had it parked in the weeds for a few years since my brother killed an axle by taking out the bearing with strings off of round bales. The ********...

Anyway, even in a rough shape they make great vehicles. Look for a loose front end and stiff door hinges.

If you have 3.42's with 33" tires, you better keep that 700 out of overdrive. If you let it shift all it wants to, your 700 will :puke:

I have an 87 w/ 6.2 N/a With 3" lift 35 " tires and 3.73 gears (axles out of a 73 Blazer . i can acually turn them from a dead stop. trans works and shifts great. Oil cooler and trans cooler w/ Lucas additive. keep it clean and maintained . Your buddy should have kept the 3.73's
