    inter-cooler piping size

    I'm putting an inter cooler on my 94 and I have to weld new end tanks and pipe to the inter cooler and was wondering what size pipe would be best. I also have some 3" x 16 gauge stainless tubing laying around would that be OK for the tubing or would it heat sink and cancel out the inter-cooler.

    turbo removal

    I'm doing a turbo removal on a 94 350 cc for an ATS upgrade kit and going to install an inter cooler. My question is do I have to remove the up pipe to remove the turbo. The bolts on the cross-over pipe and the pass. side exhaust are a little scary and if I don't have to break them I don't want to.

    I'm looking into a ATS turbo and exhaust upgrade for my 94 idi turbo. Would like to hear from somebody who has done the swap for advice and are you happy with the upgrade. I'm hoping to increase mileage and decrease exhaust temps on my camper towing.

    return caps leaks

    return caps leaks then stops also how do you find an exhuast leak on the turbo. turbo has a whine to it had eight pounds of boost now only has about four. truck has 101000 miles on her. any help would be appreciated thanks.
