    Not sure where my coolant is going...

    look at the back of the head between the firewall and the eng at the head gasket, look for discoloration on the back of the block running down the side of the block, do this when the eng is hot, look for wet spots there. that is were I found my leaks, only when it was hot though it wouldn't weep...

    i have the timing set at 8.5, it fires right up no problem, it boost up to 10and settles about 9, i guess thats what the waste gate is set at. sure boost alot quicker now that im getting fuel ;Sweet

    well i got junior installed and priming was easier than a standard pump, throttle response is alot better,definitely spools alot quicker, more black smoke than i expected but it does make alot more power alot quicker, and idles alot smoother,sounds like a different truck, happy happy happy !

    it is a moose jr and timing will be set at 8.5 deg as per Mels instructions.

    i agree on test cal, i used them on some equip. at work and had good results, i used mylex international for my injectors, they seem to be pretty good, they are located just above hattiesburg, i should have used them for my pump to but i used bwd instead on my personnal veh and had to go through...

    you might want to look at my posts on bwd ip, i had to go through 4 pumps before i got a good one !

    well i had to do injector pump # 4, pump #3 primed up but would not operate the injectors, not enough pressure i guess ? #4 primed up and runs like a champ, my truck runs better now than it ever has, its alot more responsive it spools up quicker and it pulls like a charging rhino :Thumbs Up

    i went through oriellys and they got them through borg warner direct, apparently borg warner does not have the same quality standards they used to have. it is kind of a pain, but you get better at it the more you do it, i can change one in about an hour now ;Sweet

    diezelcrazee : no i am not trying to use that pump, i already warranted it and installed the new pump. this is the third pump to be warranted and installed.

    im changing the pump do to faulty pumps, i had the 3 bolt out of the gear, yes the tang is still on the end , the shaft looks good and the internals look good fromm what i could see. i have the warranted pump already installed, am going out to bleed the lines here shortly and see what happens ...

    well i went to change out my injector pump again and pulled the pump and the drive shaft pulled out of the pump, what holds the shaft in the pump ? it just seems like there is nothing locking the shaft in place or at least not on this pump.
