I had my EGR deleted with a Malone tune. So nice to not have to worry about a clogged intake anymore. That and they fixed the hot start issue the 99.5's had.
That's a good deal, idparts.com has a vr6 clutch and flywheel combo for only $359 and I've changed one in a gravel driveway before. Just takes a few hours. My 99.5 is still on the original clutch at 225K so you will get plenty of life from the new one.
I need to get this dang house refinance mess over so I can figure out if I am buying a camper or not. Kinda makes it hard to pick a camp site not knowing what your going to sleep in.
14 hour drive, yeah not a problem. Getting a camper in time, umm yeah maybe. Guess there's always a cabin again or even a tent. Sucked being on the far end of the world last year though.
After talking to him thats what I figured. Would be cheaper to just get a motor and convert my dually that is in fairly decent shape then to pick up that one and try to bring it back to life. Oh well looked interesting at first.

I used the duplicolor rattle can bedliner on my s10's lower body panels and fender flares. Held up decent but was a pain to clean, mud seemed to kinda strain it.
Look at the instructions on the wrap closely. The wrap I used said to not wet it and not coat it. It was the 2000 degree lava wrap if I remember right.
Its a tiny boost leak only on the wastegate reference line. I know that myself and many others have had good success with them. DSM turbo guys love a manual bleed screw.
its like a bleed screw that doesnt let the wastegate see all the boost your making there by faking it out to stay closed till you want it to open at whatever psi without having to change springs.
I used one like this for a while on my turbo scooby

Worked great and still let the wastegate function
Had some nasty gusts last night but not much more then a lot of trees and limbs down. Already cut a few trees out of the road this morning and it seems more keep dropping by the hour.
