Lost the radiator. Didn't find bubbles. No excessive pressure build up. Long block ok for now.

Got a champion on order now.

Kinda wish they hadn't sent me a polished out one.
Found the old leaking in three places, upper tank and two spots in the core. Had to add a gallon every other day, some times more.

Mines having some recent troubles also. Lol
What radiator did you get?
I'm looking into the mishimoto for $289. It's the cap less style with the degas bottle, so I would have to swap over. Which is no big deal.
The early powerstrokes actually had that same idi radiator.

First time I've been able to get the whole truck in one pic with the current wheels and tires.

Pretty sure we went over it was a champion through texts. Been a little bit so I'm kinda foggy. Can't seem to find a home for the stroke so may end up finding early stroke hoses and running it with the new rad. I now know where the rumor of the stroke rad being the same as the IDI came from. First 6 months or so they were. Buddy happens to have a early stroke crew cab.

Picked these up today. $25. Might be a little much on spacing at but with my dually dana 60 hubs I might be on my way for a crew cab 4x4 dually.

Yeah, just curious what the surge tank on the early stroke looks like vs my 97.

I'll have to grab one tomorrow. It sits on the passenger side in front of the warsher fluid tank.

I know, I'm interested in seeing if it is vented like a IDI tank since the rad has a fill neck. Thinking if I am stuck swinging the stroke and with the tank I got that I'd have to try to find a non vented rad cap or a higher rated one then the cap on my tank.
