ZF-5 Problems

Hello all, been awhile since I’ve been able to remember my sign in info, but my question is, I’m going to pull my ZF-5 soon because it’s stuck in reverse. What parts do you think I should pre order before I go digging into it. Hopefully it’ll be a quick repair, but I’m wondering what I should replace while I’m in there, and what I should look for, any suggestions welcome. Thank y’all in advance.

Personally I would do all bearings and synchros at a minimum.
Wont really know until you get it apart. Obviously you aren't driving it currently, so what's another few weeks waiting on parts? Lol

Thanks @79jasper good thinking it does have 280,000 on the truck, so who knows, I’m guessing the tranny was never rebuilt. I was just looking for advice and maybe someone had this problem before. Thanks again.
