If it's the older ZF5 for a diesel (should be here. lol), I'm interested!

Price should be somewhere between $200 and $500 for the 4x4 ZF5. Transfer case should be $50-100 by itself.

IMHO, $500 is a good price for a diesel specific ZF5 and transfer case.

The shipping is what always kills you on stuff this big/heavy.

Lastly: you really have to post the ID plate so people know what the year and application is.

Good luck

Just bought a really nice 2wd zf-42 5 speed from a super duty out of a junkyard with the drive shaft brake that I bolted off of it and put a t case behind for 400. Not exactly the same but maybe give u some idea.

Well, i thought i was going to sell my transmission but now plans have changed and having a new ZF5 is a nice part to have laying around for a rainy day.

Well that was my thoughts. I have 3 now. The one I mentioned as well as the 2 wd in my daily driver and picked up a spare 2wd out of the same junkyard. Wife wants me to start building her 85 cc drw soon so I've been snatching all I can

This is a 4x4 zf5 - anything with the trans brake was simply a 4x4 trans.
