i have a flatbed you can have for nothing. i started setting it up for a '78 F250 i had but ended up selling the truck.
the flatbed frame and the headache rack need to be welded together and you will need some 2x planks for the deck but if you want to finish it up it's yours.

IDI up high
A buddy of mine has an 8' bed in great condition, it's an '87 and up box, but he had it on his '86. Its painted oilve drab green. He'll probaby take fifty bucks for or give it away. Just throw some dually wheel wells on it. We're about 45 mins. south of ya in Monroe County.
